All herbs in this tea are grown locally, organically, without pesticides or chemicals, or gathered by Indigenous harvesters in Northern Saskatchewan.
INGREDIENTS
Made in small batches from; nettle, horsetail, peppermint, calendula, oatstraw.
USAGE TIPS
For tea, steep 1 tablespoon per cup of boiling water (cover your cup to capture the plant oils) for 5-15 minutes.
For potent herbal infusion; steep 1 tablespoon per cup of boiling water for one hour up to overnight. Strain, refrigerate, and sip cold.
Pair with a glass infuser for a beautiful and perfectly brewed cup of tea.
WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a herbal tisane (tea) so does not contain caffeine.
Some herbs do have contraindications. Please research before working with any plant.
