What’s the shelf life of the products?
We source raw, food grade ingredients so you can benefit from their active properties. Because we don't use synthetic preservatives it's best to use your Northlore products within 12 months of purchase for optimum results.
To maintain shelf stability we make everything in small batches and use natural preservatives such as grapefruit seed extract, aspen bark extract, vitamin e, and radish root ferment.
In the rare case that your product has not maintained its freshness, get in touch and we'll help you out.
Where do you get your ingredients?
We responsibly wildcraft and source our herbs directly from local farmers.
The rest of our ingredients are sourced from a variety of ethical, fair-trade suppliers and cooperatives. We choose to support BIPOC and women owned businesses whenever possible.
