Make like a boreal old growth forest and slow into the rhythmic cyclical wisdom of nature. Add to your choice of milk/mylk for a hot/cold cocoa, blend with your favorite smoothie, add into oatmeal or blend into baked goods.
To make a supportive cocoa: Stir in two tablespoons of Slow Down Mushroom Cocoa with a small amount of water (or your choice of milk) and mix thoroughly until blended into a smooth syrupy consistency. Add remaining water or mylk, mix well and sweeten with boreal honey to taste
