INGREDIENTS

red lentis, yellow split pea, green lentils, brown rice, turmeric, ginger, holy basil, ashwagandha, black pepper, herbs and spices, nutritional yeast, pink himalayan salt

USAGE TIPS

Add 5-6 cups of water per jar and let simmer for 45-60 minutes. 4 servings per jar.
