Birch Syrup is a unique syrup of the northern forests, made like maple syrup but with the sap of birch trees!
Birch syrup is a much stronger and richer tasting syrup than maple, making it an excellent addition to savoury marinades and dressings, but also pancakes and sweets. It's highly nutritious and contains fructose sugar (like fruit), while maple has sucrose (like table sugar).
