Anja Schwartz Rothe (she/her) of Fat of the Land is a community herbalist and gardener who creates seasonally inspired medicinal provisions to support our bodies, ecosystems, and communities. The plants in her small batch products are grown in community and gathered in the mountains, forests, and waterways of New York’s Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains.
